CONVEYOR SPECIFICATION Design features: -
. Belt conveyor with roller drive at one end and screw type tension unit at the both the ends. . The drive consists of reduction gearbox, drive motor and sprocket and chain type mechanism to drive the roller. . Speed control with achieved by AC frequency drive/ fix speed drive as per application. . Conveyor bed is manufactured by using suitable sheet metal and structural steel. . On the return side of the belt suitable no. of idle rollers are provided for support. . The type of belt is selected as per application.
HEATING SOURCE - ELECTRICAL / Diesel Fired / Gas-Fired Electrical :- Heating elements are used Rod type, strip type etc. - Diesel/Gas Fired :- Heat exchanger (In-Direct) transfers hot air into the oven. CONSTRUCTION
Oven enclosure is fabricated in no of independent modules joined together at site. Each module is triple walled and fabricated on angle iron structure and properly reinforced. Outer and inner walls are made of thick gauge mild steel sheet and outer surface painted with silver Grey hammer-tone and inner with high temperature aluminum paints. Between the two walls of each module rock wool is filled in at the density of 96kg/m with thickness of 100 mm. This insulation is sandwich type having male Female joint to minimize the air leakage.

Basic Concept (Wet Type): The Water wash spray booth has a washing tank, which contains a water/alkali mixture to break down sticky over spray resins. The broken down resin may be collected in this tank. Booth has a vertical Water Screen to catch over spray and carry it down into the washing tank. This screen depends for its function on a circulating pump. Nozzles, Pipe works and Filters. Modern paints however are highly resistant to alkali attack and, since the over spray particles may have only a short contact with the alkali, sticky paint enters the pump, pipe work.
Filters and Nozzle. Clogging occurs, diminishes the Booth efficiency and eventually it ceases to operate.
Air velocities are regulated to meet international pollution control norms and are maintained over Lowest Explosive Level. The booth are usable for conveyorised applications also by providing suitable cutout on either side of the booth to suit component coming in on the conveyor tracks.
Guaranteed efficiency of 98.5% with a very long life gives the Multicyclone an edge over other powder recovery systems. The high velocity of powder in the multicyclone reduces powder sticking, so cleaning time is negligible.

HEATING SOURCE - OIL FIRED / GAS FIRED BURNER
The generator is fitted fully automatic combustion equipment arranged for MODULING type, or ON/OFF, High/Low/Off, control. The Burner is arranged for electric ignition equipment, forced draught fan and drive motor. The burner will incorporate a photoelectric cell (oil) or Ionization/Ultra Violet cell (Gas) flame equipment. FEED PUMP The Generator is fitted with a centrifugal pump for ISI make driven by an electric motor with a guard. All components are mounted upon a mild steel base frame. Forced Air circulation is provided with suitable fan in the inner working space and the fan driven by a ‘V’ belt with the help f Motor of suitable capacity. ‘V’ Belt Motor and bracket with bearing are fixed outside the chamber for easy servicing and oiling as when required. Air is blown over the heating elements that are provided on both sides & the hot air after passing through the inner chamber.

Our CURING OVENS are designed in such a way so as to consume low power with a uniform temperature in the working space provided in the CURING OVENS. Our CURING OVENS are specially built and designed for Powder Curing and Liquid Curing purposes. The powder is firstly melted at a required degree of temperature for a certain time. The product is then flown out, chemically reacting so that it is completely cured and ready to use for which it is designed.
A gas burner and a fan is required for heating the inside of the CURING OVENS. The curing temperature depends on the requirement of powder materials. The material is heated by the hot air in the curing oven which helps in heating the coating. The curing time may be short or long depending upon the load of the product. Curing Oven is dependable and flexible.
Infrared radiations are used in the infrared ovens to increase the heat. The heating means in an infrared oven comprise a plurality of centrally directed infrared lamps extending from a frame member which selectively projects radiation onto the component as it passes through the leading end of the first zone. One of the key features associated with using infrared lamps in infrared ovens is that each lamp can be controlled to emit radiation at a selected efficiency between 0-100%. By controlling the efficiency of each infrared lamp, compensation for differences such as size, shape and the amounts and types of coatings used on the component.
A gas Fired Oven is generally cost benefit and efficient. Excessive air in the CURING OVEN can cause the powder to be blown off of the parts. It can also lead to damage of other parts or the walls of the CURING OVEN. In order to avoid such a turbulence the duct of the CURING OVEN is built in such a way so as to enable even distribution of heat in the CURING OVEN.
The CURING OVEN must be sized according to the mass of the product, the capacity of the burner and also be able to handle the production volume. Any unevenness in temperature may lead to uneven coloring of the product. Therefore balancing the airflow and temperature in the CURING OVEN is very essential.
All sheet panels of 18gauge GI sheet assembled with nut bolts. Booth will stand on angle iron frame. The air containing powder is exhauste out of the booth and enters Cyclone chamber where the powder particles are thrown to the cyclone wal!s and then drop in to powder collecting Hopper.
Painted by enamel epoxy coated so that the booth does not attract powder on the walls. The booth are usable for manual mono rail c nveyor applications also by providing suitable cutout on either side of the booth to uit component coming in on the conveyor tracks.
