Who We Are
We “Oswal Electricals.,” are well established unit engaged in manufacturing and supplying of all types of aluminium pressure die-casting parts which cater to the vast industry requirements. Today after three decades, the company grown up to "Oswal Group Of Industries", which comprises of Oswal Electricals Plant I, Oswal Electricals Plant II, Mahavir Die-Casters Pvt. Ltd. Plant I, Mahavir Die-Casters Pvt. Ltd. Plant II and Oswal Electricals.

Oswal Electricals was the first company among the Oswal Groups that was established at Faridabad, in the year 1967. Our group has established the activity of "Forward Integration" by way of supplying die casted, machined, painted and assembled parts, which are ready to fit at customer's end.



All our company operations are performed under the leadership of our President Mr. R.K Jain, a first generation entrepreneur who has with him over four decades of experience in manufacturing die-casting parts. His expertise covers the entire gamut of activities from procurement of various inputs to the processing and marketing of the final products. We have a full fledged organizational structure in place to manage our group.

Our Product Range
We manufacture and supply a wide variety of aluminum pressure die-casted parts which cater to the vast requirements of different industries like automotive industries, electrical appliances, electrical controls, general engineering etc. Our range of products include die-casted parts for automotive industries, die-casted parts for general engineering, machined parts and assembled parts.

We use latest technology plant and machinery and advance quality management systems that ensures engineer precision die-casted products. Our endeavor for delivering quality products have conferred us with QS-9000 quality certification by DNV in the year 2002 and ISO - 14001 Compliance received in May 2005.


Infrastructure Facilities
In order to compete in the market, we have embarked with various sophisticated equipments to produce parts ranging from large, complex automotive components to small and sensitive computer parts. We are equipped with modern facilities like designing tool, tool room, inspection facilities, die-casting shop, machine assembly section for design, development and manufacturing of all types of aluminum pressure die-casting parts. Our facility is aided with designing tool and high tech tool room and machineries. Some of our facilities of our manufacturing and designing unit are:

I.Designing Tools: Some of the designing tools that we used are ideas, Auto Cad, D.N.C Software, Die Difice and Uni Graphics.

II. Tool Room: Our tool room comprises of various machineries like vertical machining centre in DAHLIN – Taiwan make, C.N.C. Milling machine in MAKINO make, E.D.M in Electra Plus and Fine Tech Taiwan make, Milling machines in Kent, HMT and Fine Tech made, Lathe Machine in HMT, Kirloskar, PSG and Everest model, Hydraulic Surface Grinder in Porth and conventional model, Tool & Cutter grinder in HMT model and Radial Drilling machine in HMT and Kolb model.

III. Inspection Facilities: Our inspection facilities is equipped with different machines like, 3 co-ordinate measuring machines available in accurate make, Spectrometer in Spectra make, Surface Finish Tester in Hobson & Taylor make, Flatness testing Equipment in Accurate make, Hardness Tester in Rockwell make, Air Gauges in Backer-Mercer make and standard equipments like Height Gauges and height master, Vernier calipers, Surface Plates etc.

IV. Die-Casting Shop: Our die-casting shop are of various capacities like 1100 , 660, 500, 400, 250, 180 and 80 tons and of different makes like Bhuler, Zitai, Toshiba, HMT, Toyo and PTC.

V. Machine Shop & Assembly Section: Our machine shop and assembly section comprises of machines like CNC Vertical Machining Centre in Brother-TC 31A nad LMW makes, CNC Turning Centre in LMW-Pilatus 20 T / 15 T, Ace Designer LT-2, Midas-6, Galaxy and Galaxy CLT-160 and PSG-150 and Broaching Machines in Protel make. Apart from these we also have Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mannual Presses and high pressure leakage testing machins.

In our production unit, we are also equipped with Vacuum Impregnation plant of Ultra Seal Model.


Research and Development
By making full use of good infrastructure facilities, our R&D team carries out extensive research for bringing meaningful up gradation in the quality of our products. We are equipped with CAD/ CAM facilities for designing and manufacturing of tool. They suggest us with latest quality management systems for best quality products and their innovative development strategies help us to manufacture wide range of products with complete cost competitiveness.

Their expertise in high technology help us to incorporate technology enhancement processes to bring a marked increase in production.

We have a team of technically qualified engineers, software professionals, highly qualified and experienced personnel who have expertise in their respective field and skilled workforce who assist us in manufacturing and supplying of all types of aluminum pressure die casting parts that cater to the needs and requirements of various manufacturing industry.
