We manufacture and supply a quality range of
Ozone Concentration Monitor Cum Sensor that is available with a cutout switch for temperature and humidity detection. These monitors and sensors are used to detect ozone concentration in occupied areas. At least one Monitor cum Sensor is provided for generators in the AHU serving the area. Moreover, we customize these monitors cum sensors as per the specifications provided by our client.
Functioning:
a) The monitor is installed in a side stream duct and not in the main duct. This is to ensure that sensor element is not exposed to high velocity of air found typically in all HVAC ducts. Also, ensuring accuracy of sensor readings and prolongs life of the sensor element.
b) The sensor, monitor and all other components are mounted on one neat and compact case, suitable for wall mounting.
c) The monitor has electrical leads to provide an open contact. In the event concentration of ozone reaches the set alarm value, ‘Normally Open’ changes to ‘Normally Close’ position. This is used to electrically cut out the ozone generator, when concentration reaches the set value.
d) Additionally, if required these monitors are also provided with an audible alarm, which is activated if the concentration reaches the set level. Switch is provided on the case of the monitor, to turn off the alarm, at the option of the user.
