We offer our clients with a wide range of Microprocessor Based Intelligent Generator Controller – GUIDOZON that is appreciated by our clients for its optimum functionality. Fully factory assembled, these controllers are in solid state, mounted in rugged stainless steel enclosure of SS316L. These Controllers are suitable for accepting signals from the sensors and based on the signals received, it provides variable output to operate IAQ devices. Microprocessor Based Intelligent Generator Controllers are available with a facility to add more ozone generators & sensors. These Controllers have at least one programmable relay output contact for faults such as overload, over voltage trip, low voltage trip and sensor fault. Cable connector between Controller and Sensor, length not less than 25ft (7.5 M) provided with cables to deliver power to Sensor and transfer signals for the different levels of VOC from Sensor to Controller.

We manufacture and supply a wide range of Plate Type Duct Mounted Ozone Generators with the primary aim of achieving reduction in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), hydro carbon gases, and organic odors, in Indoor Environment. These generators also serve the purpose of propagation of microbial organisms and micro flora, commonly found in indoor environments, HVAC ducts, cooling coils and on air filters. VOC reduction is achieved by oxidation of VOC by ozone and depletion of microbial colonies is achieved by inhibiting their growth and propagation. The aim is to ensure the VOC are kept below the TLV (Threshold Limit Value) for occupied areas, as recommended by OSHA. Ozone Generators is provided with number of corona discharge plates as listed in the schedules. To enhance the operational reliability and ease of maintenance of the generator plates, these plates are mounted on generator head fabricated out of materials that repel accumulation and formation of sediments by tar, nicotine and grease. Plate type duct mounted ozone generators are mounted inside the ducts provided with flange suitable for mounting on a metal frame, to be installed inside the duct.

• The maximum residual concentration of ozone in the indoor environment is never allowed to exceed 50 PPB (v/v) (Parts per Billion)
• These plate type Ozone Generators shall be compact, self contained units in SS316 L with all components factory mounted in one compact package. The ‘VRS’ type to be mounted inside the duct
• Parts of the generators in contact with air stream are kept to as minimum as required
• Components in contact with air stream are enclosed in stainless steel casing 18 G SS316L thick, with sufficient stamped integral openings to allow adequate flow of air over the corona discharge plates
• Suitable for mounting in ducts with air flow in horizontal, vertical and angular directions
• Operates effectively with air flow in either direction that is left to right or vice versa in horizontal ducts, and top to bottom or vice versa in vertical ducts
• Electrically interlocked with motor of the air handling unit fan to prevent start of the generator unless the fan motor is energized
• Openings in the ducts are made with sheet metal shears or cutters. Metal saw or grinding machine is not used, except to make an initial cut to permit use of metal shear. This precaution is taken to prevent metal debris from falling into the ducts.
• When mounted on the supply air duct, it is ensured that the chosen location has not carry over moisture from cooling coil or humidifier, or any other moisture emitting device
• Generator is mounted on a straight run of duct with steady flow of air
• Generation of ozone by principles of corona discharge
• Multiple numbers of corona discharge plates used to provide the necessary quantity of ozone
• All the corona discharge plates are housed in one common stainless steel enclosure
