Rice Mills, Flour Mills, Sluice Gates for Canals, Rig Boring Machines, Hydraulic Jacks, Pumps, Hydraulic Presses & Pullers and hosts of custom built equipments etc.
Along with passing of the time and the prevailing market requirements, PRABHAT INDUSTRIES diversified itself production of Bus Body Building, Petroleum Oil Tanks & Lorry Tanker making, Structural Fabrication, Construction Machinery & Equipments etc. besides continuing the usual production of various Hydraulic Equipments.
After sad demise of Mr. K. L. Sharma, presently Mr. Ujjwal Sharma inherited the ownership of this company as proprietor. Although the establishment of unit trembled after the death of Mr. K. L. Sharma, but gradually the valuable guidance of family & well wishers, old loyal factory staff & personal and co-operation of and Equipments etc.
Prabhat Industries is a leading Patna based light engineering industries located on the main Patna By Pass Road (Popularly know as Kankarbagh Road) at about 4-5 KM in the East of Patna Junction Railway Station, which also connects with the infamous Gandhi Setu which is just at a stone throw distance from the location of the unit. The unit was started by Late Kishori Lal Sharma in the year 1968 as a Small Scale Industries.
The unit has many advantages of being located near kumhrar on the main by pass road. This is quite adjacent to the Government Transport Nagar (at Zero Mile) which is the main entrance point for the rest of Bihar /Jharkhand/West Bengal or Assam people entering into the State Capital Patna.
The unit situated in the own land having an area of approx. 4083 Sq. Ft. in the name of Mrs Kailash Devi Sharma wife of Late K. L. Sharma and mother of present proprietor Mr. Ujjwal Sharma.

After sad demise of Mr. K. L. Sharma, presently Mr. Ujjwal Sharma inherited the ownership of this company as proprietor. Although the establishment of unit trembled after the death of Mr. K. L. Sharma, but gradually the valuable guidance of family & well wisher, old loyal factory staff & personal and co-operation of valued customers, the unit came out of the crisis and began to re-organize its glory since 1986-87 and after that the company never looked back. Presently, the company products have been broadly classified into three segments viz Structural and Construction Machinery & Equipments, Chemical Plants & Equipments, Material Handling and Hydraulic & Pneumatic Tools and Equipments etc. |
