We Paalsun Engineers have grown to the position of respect in the field of manufacturing water treatment equipments, tanks, piping, structural and package units for water, wastewater treatment and other applications. Our range includes dosing systems, chemical tanks, plate separators, heat exchanger skid, storage tanks, water softeners, carbon filters, sand filters, sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, reverse osmosis systems etc.These are developed using quality raw material like MS (IS2062), CS (SA516), SS (SS304/304L, 316/316L), duplex SS and alloy 20. Apart from this, we also provide erection and commissioning services on water treatment plant.
We are well supported by diligent team of professionals who helped us in fabricating our range of products. Our sophisticated manufacturing unit aids us to meet the bulk requirements of our valued clients. Our advanced manufacturing unit is located is vast plot area, equipped with high end machines. The machines installed in our unit are instrumental in widening our production rate. We use following machineries for effective production process: • Lathe • Cutting • Grinding • Welding • Special purpose machine All the machines are well maintained and managed by our efficient workforce to sustain effective production. We have well defined in-house designing unit, equipped with latest CAD /CAM software that aid us in designing and developing our range of dosing systems, chemical tanks, plate separators, heat exchanger skid, storage tanks, vessels, piping, structural in more precise manner. In addition, we have testing laboratory, where tanks, vessels, piping, structural and package units are stringently checked to detect flaw. |
