Understanding the importance of such events, we have participated in ITMA (International Exhibition of Textile Machinery), 2006, and it was a great learning experience.

Our enthralling range is a myriad of teasing colors and stunning designs and patterns. For manufacturing our products like Cotton Fabrics, Table Mat, Bed Covers, Cushion Covers, Curtains and Polyester Fabrics, we source yarns from certified manufacturers from across India and abroad. The major international markets from where we source our materials comprise of USA, Canada, Italy and Korea. Each of the sourced yarn undergoes various tests at the initial stage and only if our inspectors pass it then it is forwarded for final production. Our products have a high a tensile strength and are well known for their color fastness. The cushion covers, table mats and curtains are double stitched and in case of cushion covers, provided with zips or buttons. Our bed covers and other range is aesthetically designed to give an appealing look to the interiors. Further, we have reasonably priced our products to keep them within the reach of customers.

We have a well oiled infrastructure comprising of latest production mechanisms to fasten and increase the production capacity of our company. We offers designer cushion covers, designer bath rugs, cotton fabrics, table clothes, cotton blankets, woollen blankets, polyester fabrics, etc. Through our enduring efforts to be at the helm of all technological advancements, we have incorporated numerous requisite machines. Our zeal to keep abreast with the advancements taking place across the globe and using them to our benefit, we have achieved an annual target of close to 4 to 5 crore annually. Around 80 % of our products are machine made and another 20 % is hand made. Creating an equilibrium between technology and manual work, we are able to carry out traditional intricate carving that is not possible with machines as it looses its charm if done using machines. We are fitted with machines like:

• Cutting machine We also outsource a few processes to give a finesse to the products and also to meet voluminous demands of the customers.

With a team of 100 employees present at our unit on a permanent basis we are saved of the hassles of daily wages workers that might result in delay in production. We comprise of a team of designers, merchandisers, administrative staff, marketing and sales personnel, quality inspectors, store keepers, craftsmen and allied workers. These people form a dynamic force that is adept in taking up challenges on a daily basis and meeting deadlines efficiently. Their hard work and dedication coupled with prior experience in the textile industry has given us an edge above our competitors. We train the new and old staff to hone their skills and keep them abreast with what is happening in our field to increase their productivity to the benefit of the company.

With this in mind we are equipped with a separate quality department that takes care of the quality aspect of each of our finished products and raw materials. To achieve complete customer satisfaction, we offer a variety of value added services for them. These include a sampling facility and customization facility. The customers can get products customized as per their requirement in choice of colors, fabric, design, size, pattern etc. Our unique sampling facility also gives them the leverage to take a look at the prototype of the actual product before final production. They can suggest changes if not satisfied with the sample and get it changed accordingly. Our personnel work in close coordination the clients for understanding their requirements and deliver accordingly.

To store our voluminous stock of products we are backed by a vast warehouse. The presence of a huge warehouse eases out the pressure of storing the products till they are sent out for packaging and delivery. We maintain a congenial atmosphere fit for storing the consignments and regularly fumigate it to keep away moth, silver fish etc. Each consignment is kept under properly labeled shelves for easy identification. Here we also have a packaging facility to protect the products from wear and tear during the transit stage. We provide individual as well as bulk packaging in plastic sheets and cardboard / corrugated boxes or any other material as desired by the customer.

Making prompt and timely deliveries is one of the major plus point that we enjoy and that adds to the trust of our clients on us. We have tie-ups with some of the major C&F agents with a ready fleet of delivery vehicles for transporting the consignments within the stipulated time frame. For transiting the products to its respective destinations, we require a minimum time period of 10 days and maximum of 1 month, depending on the distance to be traveled.
