Corrugated flexible metallic hoses are made using Carbon steel, S.S., brass (type 321, 304, 304L, 316, 316L) and Stainless Steel flexible tubes according to standards laid by BS/DIN, SAE and JI.

Single Arch, Multi Arch, Reducer type, Offset type, Sleeve type. We produce these joints using strong natural rubber like EPDM, Chloroprene, NBR, Butyl and Chlorobutyl. They are used to deaden the noise transmission in pipelines, pumps and machinery. They also serve as a elastic pipe connector and sealing element. Their size varies from 25mm NB to 2500mm NB and the pressure level varying from 26 inches Hg of vacuum up to 40 kg/cm2g. And the working temperature varies according to the grades of rubber used.

We present a complete range of expansion joints available in different shapes and sizes. The different types of expansion joints available with us are:

• Axial Expansion Joint – These are used with flanges or pipe end connections and are suitable for axial movements and take care of small lateral offset.


• Twin Expansion Joint – These are used with flanges or pipe ends to join two bellows together using centre tube.


• Hinged Expansion Joint - These are used with pipe ends or flanges to provide angular movement. It has a limit stops which control the degree of angular movements. We can also supply two hinged system.


• Gimbal Expansion Joint - These are used with pipe ends or flanges and are installed in pairs to accommodate large complex lateral movements at high pressure.

We also provide end-fitting solutions for Flexible Corrugated Metal/ Teflon Hose Assemblies. They are produced using mild steel, SS and are welded by argon. Threaded type of end connections are there like BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF, Metric, JIC and the flanges are as per BS, ASA or DIN.
