Our unit is conveniently located right on NH 8, on the outskirts of Surat approx. 250 Km from Mumbai. The unit is established over an area of 50,000 Sq ft.
We have state of the art thermoforming, sheet extrusion and offset printing machines capable of producing 45 MT of finished product per month.
Fully automated sheet line with a capacity to produce 180 Kgs / Hr of extruded HIPS / PP sheet.
Servo driven thermoforming machine with a capacity to produce 45,000 cups/trays per hour. That is 90 kgs / hr of finished product.
Fully automatic Vacuum forming machine with a capacity to produce 3000 trays / Hr of finished product.
6 color fully automatic offset printing machine with a capacity to print 15000 cups / hr on curved surfaces like cups and glasses.
