There is a modern manufacturing unit, which is spread over a vast area of 12000 square feet. It is equipped with latest technology based machines and equipment. Following are the machines installed at our manufacturing unit: LD & P.P. Extruders: 10 Nos. Six Color Roto-Gravure Printing Machine: 2 Nos. Six Color Flexo Printing Machine: 1 Nos. Gusseting Machine Side Sealing Machine: 5 Nos. Bottom Sealing Machine: 8 Nos. These machines are handled by our proficient professionals and supports us in meeting the production target of 1 crore bags per month. Our production capacity per month is as follows: LD/LLDP/HM: 130 MT per month PP: 70 MT per month Total: 200 MT per month Printing Capacity: 90 MT per month Bag making Capacity: 3.5 Crore per month
