Horizontal Scourer With Aspiration
We manufacture a variety of horizontal scourers that use aspiration to wipe out dust and impurities. It is used for dry cleaning purpose where bees wings are removed. It can be used in first cleaning, second cleaning and before pre-break. The length of scouring is more in our designs. Hence, the mud balls are also removed. The procedure of passing of gases over the grains, cleans the upper layer of deposited impurities. The process is very effective and these products find use in various industries.
For best results a good aspiration unit should be attached to the outlet of the scourer. It permits efficient plant layout and easy accommodation. Husks, chaff, small seeds, insect fragments as well as broken and hollow kernels can be cleanly separated and efficiently removed through our range of horizontal scourers with the aspiration process.

Washing Dampener
We manufacture a range of Washing Dampeners. This is a special type of machine commonly used in cleaning and washing. It has a special type of jacket. Here the outer layer of wheat is removed by the help of beaters working with pressurized water. Thus improved cleaning efficiency. The waste water is collected separately. This is an efficient process for removing dust, small black seeds, mud balls & mustard impurities. Our Washing Dampeners come in various capacities and a range of specifications. We can also manufacture customized washing dampers as per customer requirements.

Mini Sifter
Our Mini Sifters aerates flour, giving it lift and even texture for ideal baking results. These machines help in perfectly mixing flour, baking powder & soda. It also removes unappetizing lumps. It is an essential tool when making cakes and other fine crumbed baked goods. Mini Sifter redresses the flour from all collective passages. Hence the ash control can be minimized. We manufacture Four Section Mini Sifter specially for Flour Milling.

Chain Conveyor
Our chain conveyors are roller less, zero pressure accumulation conveyors designed to transport and accumulate cartons, trays or totes. These are designed for non-reversing travel for smooth and gentle transportation of product, primarily found in the beverage industry. This offers Three Modes of operation Transportation, Accumulation, Smart Release. These are used to accumulate cartons without line pressure build-up and provides unusually high throughput relative to conveyor speed. Low-pressure air pods raise or lower the channels depending on the mode of operation.

Our full sieve hammer are high capacity mills used in Bran Cutting to improve the fines of Bran from 15 H.P to 40 H.P. Through our centrifugal mills media separation is accomplished through centrifugal forces, allowing trouble free utilization of very small grinding media. The machine has been systematically designed for operation at a very high recirculation rate. Up to 15 HP high pressure fans are manufactured. 30HP and above are still under research phase.
