These Hoses are specially designed for services in iron/steel mills, glass works, electrical furnaces and out fields where the hose is required to be resistant to heat, radiation and splashes of hot metal. The tube is made out of white and black non conductive rubber compound. Rubberized and woven textile fabrics of natural and synthetic variety are used to reinforce the tube.

They are used as a piping component in different welding machines that provides the inflow and outflow during the welding process. These hoses are used at irrigation projects, building and bridge construction sites for cement grouting. Though they are made up of soft natural rubber compound, they are highly resistant to abrasion. The hose comes with woven/braided or spirally wound textile of high strength synthetic fibers.

These hoses are designed for dock and offshore operation of the petroleum products containing not more than 25% aromatic hydrocarbon. The tube is resistant to all grades of petroleum and blended products having aromatic hydrocarbon content not more than the specified levels. The hose is reinforced with piles of woven textile that is well rubberized from both sides with suitable rubber compound and a helical GS wire embedded between the piles.

This hose is used for conveying chemicals during productions and transfer operations. This seamless tube features uniform lining and is made out of suitable rubber compound that is resistant to various chemicals. The tube is reinforced with plies of woven textile with/ without helical wire.

These hoses are available in two types viz. Non Percolating Flexible Fire Fighting Delivery Hose (RRL) and Controlled Percolating Hose for Fire Fighting (C.P. Hose). The jackets are woven
in circular fashion with a special blend of cotton and synthetic yarn. They display high degree of heat and abrasion resistance capacity and are treated with rot proofing agents.

The non percolating hose comes with a rubber inner lining with suitable rubber compound which gives flexibility, durability & better aging resistance. Whereas percolating hose has an ultra thin layer of rubber lining with suitable rubber compound which ensure controlled percolation.
