Having been associated with top international brands like Jockey and Speedo for decades, our materials conform to the highest degree of international standards and specifi cations. To ensure that our quality conforms to the requirements of our clients, raw materials are sourced from the most reputed suppliers available. All incoming raw materials and accessories are tested by a thorough inspection process, and physically inspected in a lab manned by experts in quality control. We ensure that our suppliers too, conform to our own standards of quality. This in turn dramatically reduces yarn defects and aids in producing the best quality fabric possible.

There is a 100% quality check on all products before packing and transfer to the fi nished goods warehouse. All products which are ready to transfer are sampled according to the procedures prescribed in the Military Standard 105E, using an AQL of 2.5. For all our export orders, an internal fi nal audit is conducted with an AQL Audit of 2.5 for workmanship and an AQL of 0.25 for label & packaging. In addition, a weekly evaluation is conducted for checkers based on the daily audit reports which have an emphasis on effi ciency levels and is thus brought to the attention of the concerned heads. With an in-house quality assurance team that reports to senior management, very stringent procedures are in place at all stages of production. The emphasis however, is on preventing defects.
