We fabricate 100 cum cylindrical tank of size 4.3 M dia x 8 M long (shell and dished ends 10 mm thickness). These are horizontal tank with two torispherical dished ends. The tank is supported on two saddles developed as per IS2825. The tanks are hydraulically tested and duly painted for compliance to standards. The water level gauzes and level switches along with tank. We have fabricated & supplied 100 Meter Cubic Cylinder Tanks to BHEL, New Delhi for their 4 x 210MW Dadri TPS under BHEL / NTPC inspection.

LP Extraction Sheathing is purposely used for providing an insulating coat on the walls of the turbines. This is often done by incorporating a radiant barrier on the surface, which work by reflecting heat. Our LP extraction sheathing offers a convenient mode of operation with complete control over the process. These operating units can be availed in different specifications based on the specific requirements of the clients.

We fabricate Integral Piping Systems for turbines. These systems contains 8 piping sets. The metals used are primarily carbon steel, alloy steel & stainless steel. Integral Piping Systems are custom designed and fabricated in a wide range of configurations for variety of fluids, as required by the client. Our piping systems are in compliance to international standards of safety & performance, owing to the usage of best materials and latest technical features. Our Integral Piping System fabrication includes material selection & procurement, design development, fabrication & welding, testing (RT, X-RAY, UT & DP Test), cleaning, painting / color coating and transferring to client's site with all test certificates. We have fabricated Piping for Vijaywada, Kakatiya & Mejia -500MW & Parichha, Harduaganj & Raichur -250MW. Still we have fabricating for Bhusawal & Khuher Khela 500MW.
