Spares for HardCandy Depositor and Modular Conveyors

• High Temperature Seals are used between Flat Nozzles and Manifold for certrefill / twin color candy.
  
  
• High Temperature O’Rings are used in discharge Nozzles in Manifold. They can withstand the temperature up to 250Degree Centigrade.
  
  
• They ensure leak free flow  of High temperature Sugar-Syrup for depositing of candies.It is recommended to change these Seals whenever the Plant is shutdown after production.

• Pump Cylinders made out of copper are fitted in Hopper of Candy depositor. Different designs and sizes are used in various Depositors.
  
  
• Precise bore diameter and high quality surface finish gives smooth and extra long life.
  
  
• It is recommended to send your original sample for Development.

• SS Plungers made out of food grade Stainless Steel, are used along with pump cylinders. Precision in sizes and smooth finish gives accurate weight of candy in each stroke.
  
  
• New Improved fine thread in Piston Rod & Tee assy  gives very fine adjustment for accurate weight control in each Mould cavity. This new design can fit in old fixed type or coarse Threads type of SS Piston Rod & Tee assy.

• Pump extensions, made out of Brass are fitted below Copper Sleaves / Pump Cylinders. They simply extend the length of pumps  for outflow of Sugar Syrup  for Depositing of Candy.

• Nozzles are made out of Brass and are fitted below the Extensions for smooth feeding of Sugar syrup for Depositing. Within the Nozzle , It is designed to have a Cruciform & SS Ball to work as NRV(Non Return Valve).

• Pointed NoseTip Design Nozzles are used for direct feeding of Sugar Syrup into Moulds Cavity.

• Output hole of Nozzle is of 3mm or 4mm depending on candy weight for 2.8 grams or 6 grams.

• Flat face Nose Design Nozzles are used with Manifold  for  Twin color or Centrefill candy along  with High Temperature Seal.

• Crucible brass Star is used inside the Nozzle .
•  It is designed to pass the sugar syrup and act as NRV(Non-Return-Valve) when required.

• Stainless Steel Ball is used inside the Nozzle along with Crucible Brass Star.
• It is of Food Grade steel.

• Quick Lock Clips are fixed below the Mould holding ‘L’ Plate on the Chain.They are made in Hardened Spring Steel.
• In most of the Depositors Quick Lock Clips are fixed firmly with Aluminium Pop Rivets.
• While in old designs Quick lock clips are slided  on the ‘L’ Plate of the Chain.

             Both the designs are available on order.

• These ‘O’ Rings provide simple padding on to the Quick Lock screw head while holding the moulds.
• These come in thickness of   2mm, 2.5mm & 3mm. depending on the required padding gap.

• Pop Rivets Fix the Quick Lock Clips on the Chain. These rivets are possible to be  fixed Quickly with the help of  Rivet Gun.

• Candy Mould gives High Quality Accurate Shape & Size to the end product Candy.Thus it gives unique brand image to the Company’s products.
  
  
• Our  computer  aided  designs  &  machining provide repeated accuracy of moulds.
  
  
• Candy ejection design of PTFE Coated moulds are fitted with SS springs & PTFE brass pins for perfect smooth ejection of Candy from moulds.

• Candy Moulds for Mechanical Candy Depositor Plant are available as single piece to be fitted on chains for 1- 4 rows of moulds.

• Candy Moulds for Old type Mechanical Candy Depositor Plant are available as Long single piece With 2 or 3 section of cavities machined to be fitted on a single set of chains.
  
  
• Candy Moulds for Latest Servo Candy Depositor Plant are available as single pieces joined (Bolted). To each other as 4 pieces joined to made as one unit, to be fitted on to the set of Chain.
  
  
• Candy Moulds for Soft Toffee Depositor are made in Long or small piece made up of  steel  reinforced Silicon Compound (Food grade). Lolipop Moulds for Depositor are machined as per your design and are available in split Moulds as per your depositor fitment.

• Ejector Pins are used to eject the Hard Candy out of the moulds cavity in depositors .
• Candy Ejector Pins are precisely machined from Brass rods and Food grade (PTFE) Teflon rods as per different sizes  of  moulds.

• Special lugs with quick lock clips assly fitted on to the steel chains are used to carry candy moulds for candy depositors.
  
  
• Ronold (UK) make chains are used to make these mould carrier chains.
  
  
• It is recommended to send your original sample for development.

• Various Shapes and Sizes of cutters are made out of  Hardened High Speed Steel.
  
  
• These cutters are used in Pouch packing machines / FFS machines from all over the world like Pactec , Scib , Eurosigma , Bosch etc.
  
  
• Hardened Cutters are further treated with Cryogenic / Subzero treatment process developed by NASA-USA , for enhanced cutting life.
  
  
•  It is recommended to send your original sample for Development.

• Centre fill Nozzle is used to Mix Two different types of Colors / Flavors of Sugar Syrup  in side the Manifold. Mostly it is made out of Copper.
  
  
• Centre fill Nozzle is also made out of Special Polymer for the Centrefill Raw material    which has lower Temperature as compared to Sugar Syrup (145 deg C ).

• It is recommended to send your original sample for Development.

• Quick Release Locking screw help in holding the Candy Moulds on to the chain in the depositor.
•  As the name suggests these screws engage & disengage quickly with just half a turn. They are made up of Steel and electroplated for rust prevention.
