Creasing and die cutting machine is special equipment for creasing and die cutting
cardboard, corrugated board, plastic board and leather, and is widely used in

Paper Cup Project

For 4 Automatic Paper Cup Machines + One Blank Punching Machine. Paper Cup Size : 4 OZ Cups.

Average production by one machine in one month :

• The speed of one automatic cup making speed = 42 cups/minute (machine maximum speed possible 45)
• Just consider the machine running for 2 shifts of 10 hours each with a break in between of 2 hours.
• This translates into a production rate for 18hours of 45360 cups/day/machine, which could be rounded off to 45000 cups.
• This means that the average production would be 180000 cups/4 machines/one day production.
• For 25 days we can produce an amazing 4500000 cups/month

Raw Material Cost :

• For 340000 cups we need 280 Kg Bottom round reel paper (Reel width 65mm).
• 190 gsm Single side PE coated cup stock paper - China imported paper only.
• The price for one ton of paper would be Rs 54000/- (Price includes sales tax against form-17)
• 10800 sheets of 815 x 595 sized papers in one ton of paper
• This means we can get 32 blanks of 110ml (4oz) cups from one sheet.
• 345600 cups can be manufactured from one ton of paper sheets.
• Blanks wastage during punching/printing/cup forming - 5600 cups
• Totally, we can produce 340000 cups from one ton of paper
• For 340000 cups the total raw material cost for 1280 Kg, comes to Rs. 69120/-
• Therefore, the raw material cost for one cup is a mere 20 paise. To be on the safer side let us consider it as 21 paise.
• For a month's production of 4500000 cups the raw material amount required is Rs 945000/-.

Paper Cup Forming Machine
