Pallavi Copper Pipes (earlier Narang Metal & Engineering Works P.Ltd.) is a company established during 1974 with firm foundations, 30 years of basic experience in the manufacturing business of Non - Ferrous products enriched with a strong background equipped with considerable experience. We have an efficient and well established production process and we have a fully equipped metallurgical lab where each and every test as per ASTM, BS, IS & JIS is carried out ensuring a complete Quality Control System. We have two years back also procured a Digital Induced Current Test System based upon Electromagnetic Induction (Eddy Current Testing M/C) to detect any flaw for giving almost 100% defect free tube.

We have well established and documented quality control system which  includes shop floor inspection and laboratory testing to ensure the quality as  per desired standard. Material testing and inspection includes raw material  inspection, Non Destructive and Destructive testing.

Non Destructive Testing :-We have "Technofour Make" based  on "Electromagnetic Induction"  Eddy Current  Tester" which  is  named as "Flaw mark-NF" and which has been specifically  designed  for  non-ferrous  tube testing for flaws and discontinuities in  the  material. The  machine  confirms  all  aspects  of  ASTM  E 243 and  JIS  H3300-1992. We  have automated  the  system  by  pneumatically  auto sorting  to  accelerate  the  process  speed and reduce the human error in  NDT. Our aim behind NDT is to ensure the best quality product  by regular testing and analyzing the generated data.

Destructive  Testing:-  We have facilities like Vicker's Hardness Tester, Extensometer, Metallurgical Microscope, Hydrostatic   Pump and pneumatic pressure testing for capillary. We are   checking all the parameters of our finished material and raw  material as per ASTM B75, B68 & B280.
