Our fruit pulper is ideal for pulping tomatoes, mangoes, Raspberry, Strawberry, Papaya, Rock Melon, Jamun, Guava, Peach, Grapes and Bananas. Its various components are made from stainless steel and aluminum. It has a brisk pace of processing the pulping 500 kgs. Fruit per 8 hour shift. Due to its compact size, these can e easily installed in a comparatively small space.

Our fruit pulp processing plant is designed for the extraction of the pulp from fruits & vegetables such as Tomato, Mango, and Guava. We offer fruit washing and sorting machines to our clients at highly competitive prices. Drum washer, the first part of this machine consists of drum washer with washer tank. The fruit is fed into rotating submerged into water circulated through pump. The washed product is then fed from drum to brush roller conveyor to wash again by spray clean water which makes machine ideal for washing & cleaning of mud /soil and other impurities coming in raw products. Sponge Roller Dryer is a mechanical dryer provided with sponge rollers to absorb surface water of product after the product is fed to this dryer to remove surface water. Machine is provided with squeeze rollers to remove water from sponge roller making it most economical to remove surface water from products.

Our food processing lines includes undervacuum extraction group, which are extensively used for vacuum packaging, and food processing at the pressure below zero bars. These conform to various industrial standards which assures their high quality. These are equipped with the following parts:

We offer Bag in box aseptic filling line equipped with aseptic cold filling technology for processing Juice, milk or tea drinks in ordinary temperature. The taste and nutrition of the beverage is unaffected by hot temperature as no preservation and additive is added into the beverage therefore, maintaining natural taste and color of the beverage. Our aseptic cold filling line is available for functional drink, juice and milk production. We have 14 lines running in Japan, Ukraine, New Zealand and china. These multipurpose sugar dissolution lines work as per the kind of fruit and the required final product such as natural purees, semi-concentrated and concentrated juices. This line processes the tomato in the same line for obtaining different product such as natural passata of medium density or concentrated hot or cold-break. Falling film type can be installed with scraped surface finisher while using the evaporator. This is recommended when a viscose product is to be obtained, since it is difficult to pump it through a normal tube nest.

Our chopping heating system is used in hot break (Master Hot Break System) for processing some varieties of fruit in order to get a better enzymatic inactivation. These are highly acknowledged for their excellent performance and their durability.  FBR-ELPO recommended the vacuum packed system for the varieties requiring a destoner, a depulper and / or a hammer mill to prevent the oxidization of the extracted juice.

Bin dumpers are stainless steel structures utilized for storing the fruits in a lot. The dumpers are attached to fruit washing and sorting group where the fruits are dumped into the fruit washing line. These are provided with customized solutions to meet the variegated needs of our clients.

We offer our clients with thermal evaporators at leading industrial price.  These can also be considered as thermal concentrators used for reducing volume by evaporating water ensuring increase in the content of solids and concentrating dilute liquids. Our intelligent vision controls and manages the different working phases and operates on a dynamic synoptic to indicate the fluids course that passes through the plant piping. These are able to change the fluid colour according to the various working phase. The intelligence vision displays the System in real time as per different levels of the product. We can also install a Tele assistance service which allows real time link-up to FB-ELPO's technical assistance department to immediately solve any kind of problem.
