The promoters bring over 100 man years of experience from the building products industry to the company. Together along with the staff of the company, Pama Engineering Services can boast of having over 300 man years of experience.
The promoters of the company grew through the ranks starting as shift engineers and were placed at levels as high as executive vice president for India¿s largest building products manufacturer when they opted to sail themselves and serve the industry due to the huge demand for building products and associated industries worldwide.
Among their skills and achievements are several patents, high profile consulting assignments and involvement in RandD activities leading to patented products that are currently being manufactured on a commercial scale in India and in the International market.
Hands-on expertise in state-of-the-art technologies yielding quality and cost improvements for clients manufacturing Asbestos Cement/Non-Asbestos Cement sheets/Calcium Silicate Panels and Boards Sandwich and Lightweight Panels with Asbestos OR Non-Asbestos Plain Sheets. Due to our long standing experience in developing and improving the design of our plants, we have integrated a high level of automation into all of the systems plants we manufacture. For corrugated sheet plants of single or double width, our plants can be operated by no more than eight operators. |
