These Gear Hobs are manufactured in different classes such as ‘A’,’B’,’C’ and cover a range between 1.0 to 40 module and 30 DP to 0.8 DP. The range of our spur gear hobs conform to DIN 3968 & BS 2062 Standards.

Our company is engaged in manufacturing Serration Hobs that can be availed in machine relieved form to cut straight serrations. The range of our hobs can also be availed in standard as well as special serrations as per drawings and specification.

The wide assortment of our chain sprocket hobs extensively supplied in un ground form to cut roller chain sprockets. These confirm to DIN, American standards and are available in a range between ¼” and 3” pitch or 5 mm to 75 mm pitch. We are also manufacturing multi start sprocket hobs.

A circular segmental saw with a body of carbon steel or spring steel having a riveted rim of toothed high speed steel segment forming the cutting edges is used to cut the jobs of different sizes & shapes.

Segmental Saws and Saw Segments are supplied from 250mm (10”) dia to 1010mm (40”) dia as per IS standard and also to customer drawing & specification. Slitting Saws are supplied from 32mm dia (1¼”) to 315mm dia (12”) and thickness up to 6mm (1/4”) as per IS & BS standard with fine pitch & coarse pitch having tooth shape a, b & c.

Scalping Cutters are manufactured from 6” dia to 8” dia & Length from 16” to 20” as per drawings and specifications for scalping copper & brass strips.

Involute Gear Cutters are supplied from 1.0 module to 40 module & 30 DP to 0.8 DP with maximum diameter of 282 mm. Conforming to BS 2518, IS 5698 from numbers 1 to No.8 tag to cut any number of tooth. Cutters with special profiles as per drawing & specification are also manufactured.

Rack Milling Cutters are rotating cutters and are used in machining applications. These are supplied from 1 module to 10 module in single as well as multi form cutters.

We are engaged in manufacturing Convex Cutter, Concave Cutter & Corner Rounding Cutter that are available in specifications ranging from 15mm dia to 120mm dia with radius from 1.6mm to 20mm. Our products are made in compliance with IS & BS standard having radially machine relieved teeth.

The range of our Parallel Shank and Taper Shank End Mills are manufactured and supplied in standard as well as long series. These confirm to IS & BS Standards from 3 mm to 63 mm and 1/8" to 3" cutting edge dia.

Centre drills provide high quality to the centre holes where accurate centering is essential in subsequent operations. This combines the features of accurate starting, easy feeding and excellent chip clearances.
