The Compact Fully Automatic Chapatti Making Machine is suited for Industrial Canteens, Langars, Hospitals, Hostels, Railways and Defense Establishments. It is also simple, rugged and very compact design requires no special skills to operate.

Process
Using a dough mixer, the wheat flour dough is prepared and conveyed continuously to the extruder. The dough shaft coming out of extruder is sensed by length and uniform sized balls are cut that move on the food grade PU endless belt conveyors through the rollers to get circular shaped chapattis. These circular chapattis now enter the baking chamber where it is baked on both sides and then puffed finally. The Chapattis produced are soft & tasty.

·          Adjustable thickness, weight, size and browning on each side of the Chapatti.

·         All the machines follow our traditional chapatti making process ball (peda) making-rolling -baking on both sides & puffing).

·         Uses L.P.G.  for heating
