Manufactured with Flexible metallic tubing obtained by spirally winding a pre-profiled strip of metal, these double interlock hose pipes are high flexible and best suitable for diverse industrial usage. These are hose pipes with special quality Asbestos yarn packing. With pressure capacity upto 50 Kg./Cm.2 according to diameter, temperature and braid, these pipes are uphold temperature upto 400°c.

Strip Wound Hoses are manufactured by winding a pre-formed strip around a mandrel of the required size.

There is a packing of asbestose yarn, copper wire, rubber or fiber yarn may be provided within the folds during the manufacturing process to avoid leakage.

Stainless steel / Galvanized (GI) interlock metal flexible hoses and hose assembly both in square and double lock as per BS: 6501 part (II). Range : I/ D 3 mm to 400 mm.

The Flexible Rubber Hoses are constructed by using specially blended synthetic polymer for the tubes and weather, heat and abrasion resistant synthetic polymer for the cover. The hoses are reinforced with fabric with/without helical wire. Hoses can be supplied with built-in nipples, flanges and other end-fittings.
High and low pressure rubber hoses as per IS standard range.

We manufacture square lock hose without packing. These are custom manufactured in different dimensions to meet client's specific application. Use of quality approved raw material assures enhanced functional efficiency, durability and cost efficiency of our square lock hose pipe.

 Corrugated hose used for conveying fluid such as fuel or a refrigerant, and a process for manufacturing the same.
