Quality Policy / ProcessesWe are in this field for last more then two decades and fully aware that quantity has no meaning without quality.
We are equipped with well qualified/experienced staff, keeps strict eyes at all the stages of production. After receiving the confirmed order with the sample approval from the buyer, we go through their requirements
and the instructions throughly and follows as under:-
PROCUREMENT OF LEATHER and ACCESSORIES:-
We have engaged the tanneries for different type of leather and procure it as per buyers specifications - we check each and every skin and buy only the selected ones.
By and by we arrange all the other acessories from the direct and concered sources so that we should have the correct and competetive material in time.
MATCHING, CUTTING and CHECKING OF COMPONENTS:-
Our experienced staff again check the leather and match it and the cutter cuts all the component of the garments properly. It is neccessary that each and every component of the cut bundles are checked throughly to the eleminate any flow before stiching and we do it.
LABELLING:-
We arrange all the labels strictly as per buyers instruction i.e. main label, size label, country of origin label, wash care and others label if any.
FUSING, PAISTING and STICHING:-
Our supervisior keeps an watch that every component of the bundle have properly fused and pasted (where required). During the stiching our supervisors check all the garments at the various stage of production, i.e. cotton tapes is being used properly, pockets are being stiched with double stiches, pocket edges (specially in the case of patch pockets) are stiched with the peice of leather and make a lock to eleminate the chance of re-opening and proper stiching etc.
CHECKING:-
All the new stiched garment measures / checked properly and then passed for buttoning and finishing if general look and the measurement of the garment found satisfactory.
