Paragon had a humble start in the year 1975 with a production capacity of 1500 pairs per day. Today Paragon produces more than 300,000 pairs of footwear in a day, which can be approximated to 90 million pairs a year.
Paragon hails from the state of Kerala which is the southern most tip of the country, known as the Land of Rubber or Gods own Country . Kerala has 95 % share of India s natural rubber production. After gaining popularity in its home state of Kerala, Paragon moved onto other states of India. The company s distribution of footwear is networked through 14 depots across India.
