PRODUCTION PROCESS
We have high-speed power-press and accurate designed dies to manufacture spring pads in millions with no deviation from the required specifications and without edge distortion. They can be made from 1mm thickness onwards.
MATERIAL GRADE
Spring Pads can be made is the following grades of steel-
Commercial mild steel sheet
Galvanized mild steel sheet
Stainless Steel sheets, usually in the grade of SS304
