Paragon is on record as being the first green Leaf Spring manufacturing plant in INDIA to run the heat treatment cycle on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). It controls the de-carbonization limits of the finished product thereby giving more value for money. Is also an eco-friendly fuel, a concern for mankind.

RAW MATERIAL
The quality of leaf spring primarily depends on the raw material. As the hardness attained would be as per the chemical composition. Hence the selection of raw material is most crucial.

So Paragon mostly uses the following Grades of Alloy spring steel - EN 45A / 60 Si7 / 65 Si7 / SUP 9 / 60 Si Cr7 / 65 Si Cr7.
(There Chemical Composition can be attained on request.)However other grades can be used as per requirement.

PROCESS
The desired grade of spring steel, of required width and thickness is cut to specification. Than passing through the processes that are industry recognized and ultimate, quality leaf springs are produced without variation.
