The rotor is dynamically balanced and mounted on two self aligned bearings. The grinding chamber and the motor are directly coupled and arm mounted on a common base frame. Vibration dampers are offered to check all sorts of vibrations occurring due to the running of the machine.

We offer a wide assortment of counter current cooler which is used for minimizing the temperature of pellet from about 80c to 30c above ambient. The cooler works on the basis of blower air trough a columns of hot and moist pellet and in the process evaporating the moisture leading to cooling.

The capacity of the air, the column of pellets and the residence time will direct the cooling effect. It is essential to cool the pellets to the core and not only on the surface.
