Paramjyoti Movers Private Limited, incepted in the year 1998, is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of precision plastic components, plastic connectors, customized connectors, automotive wiring harness connectors and other plastic injection moulded components. We commenced our production at Panki Industrial Area, Kanpur, with a tie up with M/S LML Ltd, leading two wheelers manufacturers to be a single source supplier of wiring harness connectors and precision plastic components of their Electronic Assembly Unit named “Industrial Electronics”. In the year 2005, we have started our Gurgaon Unit in a premises having approx. 10000 sq ft area. This unit comprises of a Plastic Injection Moulding Plant as well as a well equipped Wire Harness manufacturing facility.

Our range can be categorized as Plastic Connectors, Customized Connectors, Plastic Injection Moulded Components and Wiring Harness.

Manufacturing Facilities

We consider our strong manufacturing facilities as our back bone. Our Kanpur Plastic Moulding Facility is currently situated at approved Industrial Area on a company owned 733 sq ft mtrs. Plot having a built up area of 7,000 sq. Ft. Consisting of production, utilities, storage , administrative etc, with installed power of around 100 HP, with back up DG Set. Our Gurgaon Unit is established in the premises of approx 10000 sq ft area. This unit comprises of a plastic injection moulding plant (thermoplastic & thermoset) as well as a well equipped wire harness manufacturing facility.

I. Plastic Injection Moulding : Thermoplastic – Thermoset:

A. Thermoplastic: Our Gurgaon unit has been set up by keeping in view moulding of small to medium precision components, mainly connectors. In this unit, 50 Ton – 150 Ton LTM Demag and Ferromatic Milacron Microprocessor controlled plastic injection moulding machines have been installed duly supported by suitable Auxiliary Equipment such as Hot Air Dryer, Cooling Towers, Runner Grinder, Compressor etc to maintain consistent quality component from multi cavity, fully automatic, fast cycling moulds, beside moulding connector in Dupont, Dow, Nylon 66, we handle all kind of engineering Polymers such as glass filled nylons, PBT glass filled, ABS and Polycarbonate etc to make highly precise customized components.

B. Thermoset Plastic: We have installed / imported and fully automatic Microprocessor controlled Super Master SM – 120 Thermoset Plastic Injection Moulding Machine, in which we can mould specific components in Phenolic Formaldehyde, Melamine Formaldehyde and Urea Formaldehyde.

II. Tool Room: We are equipped with in house tool room that included design facilities to make and maintain new tools as per the customer’s requirements and specifications.

III. Wiring Harness: Our state of the art wiring harness manufacturing / assembling facility includes Komax semi automatic wire cutting and stripping machine and Mecal crimping passes, aided and supported by required Micro processor based testing facilities duly supported by we ll qualified trained personnel from the industry.

We have acquired our first ISO – 9002 Certification in the year 2000 from DNV and subsequently graduated to ISO 9001 – 2000 in the year 2003 by AQSR and is following the principle of continuous improvement to ensure quality components to all its customers in the AUTO OEM category and other areas. This process fully covers all areas of operation to ensure continuous improvement in rejection / non confirming product and customer satisfaction. We are in process of graduating towards TS 16949, shortly in our Gurgaon Unit.
