We offer our clients with the cleanest and brightest, free of oxide and surface impurities. These kind of brazing alloys are widely used for joining copper tubing in the refrigeration and air conditioning industries, as well as in other application. The usual application of a brazing flux may be omitted as Phosphorous acts as a fluxing agent due to its affinity for oxygen. This type of alloy cannot be used on Ferrous or Nickel alloys as they posses brittle joints.

Sometimes, there are contaminations that enter the joint in the molten metal of impurities. Whenever this happens the alloy flows around it leaving the pinholes in the joint. These pinholes are a tiny door that permits refrigerant gas to leak out. If the leaks are expensive then the serviceman has to return the job to re-braze the joint and should replenish the refrigerant that was lost from the leaks.
