Heat Shrinkable Tube

Medium walled Polyolefin tubings are ideal for the protection of cable joints and terminations in low voltage power applications. These tubings are excellent product for sealing & insulating cable splices, connections, terminations & jacket repairs. These tubings are designed to withstand the severe mechanical requirements of U. R. D. submersible and direct-buried installations.

Material: Irradiated, cross- linked, thermally stabilized flame retarded polyolefin

Application :

Dual wall heat shrinkable tubes are flexible and are available with thermoplastic adhesive which melts and flows to seal component. Dual wall heat shrinkable tubes are used for sealing and insulation and protection for wire terminal and connection section.

Application:

Specially designed for use on industry standard metal pipes to provide protection for automotive metal pipes and fuel lines. This product is positioned on straight pipe lengths prior to the second end-nut fitting. This product can effectively protect the automotive metal pipes and fuel lines against any kinds of damages caused by friction, corrosion, and improve the safety of automotive.

Flame Retardant Heat Shrinkable Tubes 2:1 offered by us has excellent un-flammability and insulation. These heat shrinkable tubes require low shrinking temperature and can shrink very quickly.

Application : They are more suitable for different electric insulation and bonding of cables and connectors. They are widely applied for connecting or end-handing, corrosion-proof of metallic rods or tubes, electric wire, insulating and harness of electric wire and antenna protection.

Tough, flexible, general purpose Flame Retardant Heat Shrinkable Tubing 3:1 is resistant to common fluids and solvents. Flame retardant heat shrinkable tubing have a high dielectric strength and are made using the unique blend of chemical, electrical and physical properties.

Application : Electrical insulation, cable bundling, strain relief, color coding and identification of wires, pipes, cables and electrical and electronic components.

Our Anti-track tubes offer excellent resistance to weathering, tracking and erosion. They are ideally suited for outdoor terminations and are specially recommended for some of the worst conditions encountered along seacoasts where the humidity is very high and the atmosphere is saline. Two types are available:

The regular tube, which can be used for all applications up to 36 kV and economical, medium wall variety that is suitable for applications up to 11kV. The tubes red in color and can be coated at the ends with red anti-tracking mastic, as per customer's choice.
