We use irradiated and thermally stabilized flame retarded polyolefin which is cross-linked by radiation. The different attributes of the polyolefin manufactured by us are non-polar, low-energy surface which is not receptive to inks, nonporous and lacquers without special oxidative pretreatment. This helps in providing functional efficiency and durability to the shrinkable pipes and tubes.

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with different types of latest machines like automatic bag making machine that help us in production of the products as per the requirements of the customers. The products manufactured by us go through a streamline production process which includes heating the tubes above the polymer's crystalline melting point, mechanically stretching the tube and finally cooling them instantly. Also, they are cross-linked to maintain the shape of tubes both before and after shrinking.

For manufacturing, the heat shrinkable pipes are made by extruding the thick sheets which is subjected to electron radiation. Depending on the needs of the industrial application, they are applied with adhesive. This helps in improving the molecular structure which helps in making the final product tough, heat-resistant and more elastic than the other plastic material.
