We manufacture a wide range of Mobile Actuators comprising various parts such as Standard Cylinders, HTR rotary actuators, and mobile telescopic cylinders. Some details of these parts are given below:

• Standard Cylinders

Standard Cylinders are a compact cylinder for tough mobile operation and long service life. They are easy to service using standard tool. We provide a choice of material, mounting provision, seals and surface treatments.

Specifications: Working pressure 160 bar in continuous operation, 250 bar intermittent. Test Pressure 300 bars.

• HTR Rotary Actuators

The HTR series of heavy duty hydraulic rack and pinion rotary actuators converts fluid power into rotary motion. HTR series rotary actuators employ conventional tie rod cylinder construction and are rated for use in working pressures up to 210 bars. The pinion and output shaft are supported in large tapered roller bearings, allowing the unit to support high external and thrust loads.

All HTR series rotary actuators feature high strength, ductile iron housing, ease in mounting and good shock resistance.

• Mobile Telescopic Cylinders

The great advantage of telescopic cylinders over conventional rod-type cylinders is their ability to provide exceptionally long stroke from a compact initial package. The collapsed length of typical telescopic cylinders varies between 20% to 40% of their extended length, thus when mounting space is limited and the application needs a long stroke, a telescopic cylinder is a natural solution.

We manufacture Hydraulic Accumulators also known as capacitance of the system. A hydraulic accumulator is used as a storage reservoir in which a non compressible hydraulic fluid is retained under pressure from an external source. These are mainly functional to store hydraulic energy and necessarily make the energy available again to the system. We have different types of accumulators such as a dead weight Type. The dead weight accumulator consists of a piston loaded with a dead weight and moving within a cylinder that exerts pressure on the hydraulic oil. The dead weight may be of some heavy material such as iron, concrete block, and pig or scrap iron etc. For minimum leakage past the piston, it must be a precision fit in the accumulator tube to ensure a long life.

Dead weight type also has some advantages and disadvantages:

• Their advantage is that the pressure remains constant for the full stroke. They supply large volumes of fluid under high pressure. They can serve several hydraulic systems at a time and are most often used in ill and central hydraulic systems.
• The dead weight type accumulators, however, have some disadvantages too. Being very bulky, the larger sizes are extremely expensive, particularly those delivering high pressures and volumes.
