In our endeavor to satisfy our widespread clients we pack the consignments in sturdy packaging material which ensures safety during transit. We export our instruments in LCL load and containers loads to avoid any damage. Consignments are also packed in corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets for safe and timely delivery. While packing the products we ensure that enough support material in inserted into the packaging that ensures that instruments reach the destination in the perfect condition. Our packaging professionals are expert in offering customized packaging as well. We also ship our material to small luthiers who want fast delivery through FEDEX. We are one of the most prestigious customers for FEDEX who are offering us the best rates for shipping. We charge extra on FEDEX shipments. We also ship material to customers through postal service. We have a facility which is known as SAL through which we ship material to customers.

In order to manufacture our musical instruments we have appointed a team of craftsmen who have years of experience in their respective fields. They understand the quality that is needed for making of fine quality of fittings and also woods. Our company owner checks each and every shipment that has to be sent to our customers and after his final inspection material is always exported. Mr. Ashok knows very well what customer is asking and how to send them material for their 100% satisfaction on receipt of material to them. Mr. Parekh is very strict in terms of quality inspection to be sent to customers.
