Pareto technologies is a leading manufacturer of Valve Guides for Petrol, Gasoline and Diesel Engine. Our Valve Guides are grounded to a surface finish of 0.80 Micro Ra on its Outer Dia and with in a tolerance of 20 Microns. Valve Guides are also provided with Thread and Spiral in its Inner Dia to retain oil for long time. This increases the life of both Valve Guide and the Valve. We manufacture valve guide for almost all sizes of engine. The range of engine which we include are two wheelers, four wheelers Trucks, Buses, Marine Engine, Earthmoving Engines, Tractors, Generator, Excavation Engines, Industrial Engines, stationary engines.

The material of the Valve Guide we use depends on the type of Engine and the speed and the effort of engine. The complete details are given here below for the type of Raw Material we use. Cast iron for small engines, Tin Bronze for piston airplane engines, Aluminum bronze for high temperature applications and Aluminum Silicon Manganese Bronze for High Speed Engines.



Quick Fix Couplings

Quick fix couplings are primarily used for pneumatic applications, connecting air tools, hoses, or other implements to compressed air supplies. They are also used with other gases and with low pressure fluids. The coupler half contains a shut-off valve that is automatically opened when a mating nipple is inserted and automatically closes when the nipple is removed.

The Cam type coupling that we manufacture is used for fluid transfer application that involves transferring water, chemicals, slurries etc. We manufacture these coupling with great precision and highest quality & safety standards for high tolerances. These are designed to be used for long term use. A locking cam-type coupling is for rapidly coupling two pipe sections together.

A spring-biased lock pin is provided for each cam lever arm that has a positive locking action when the cam lever arm is moved to the closed position. Each cam lever arm is grooved to allow the spring-biased lock pin to contact the cam lever arm and control its position. The lock pin has two different diameters, one for locking the fitting to the complementary part of the pipe coupling to couple the pipe sections together, and a second, open position so the pipe sections can be released and decoupled.



Nipple Bullnose

Many industries such as the electronic semi-conductor manufacturing industry utilize specialty gases which are supplied from a source such as a pressure cylinder, to the particular process. In certain situations these gases may be highly toxic. Thus it is important that the system be essentially free of such gases when it is opened to the atmosphere in order to avoid injury to workers.

Conventional purging systems are not entirely effective because they often leave dead areas where the toxic gases can remain particularly at the connections to the gas pressure cylinder. One design which sought to overcome this problem utilizes a small piece of tubing inserted through the nipple bullnose connector to the gas bottle for directing a stream of purge gas toward the nozzle connection.

Spray Pattern
Spray nozzles are designed to perform under many different spraying conditions. Selecting a spray based on the pattern and other spray characteristics needed generally yields good results.

Capacity
Nozzle Capacity (flow rate) varies with spraying pressure. It also depends on the specific of the liquid. Thus, for lower specific gravity, the flow rate is larger than for liquid with a higher specific gravity at the same pressure.

Spray Angle
Spray angle varies with the distance from where it is going to spray. Liquids with more viscosity gives narrow spray angle and vice-a-versa.

Droplet Size
In many applications like physical or chemical processes, which involve sprays, greatly depend on droplet size distribution. Significant factors influencing droplet size include nozzle type, capacity, and spraying pressure and spray pattern.
