We understand the need of high quality filtration and also understand the importance of ecologic and environmental hygienic needs in projecting and running the industries. Our range of dust collection bags are suitable for mechanical shaking type & reverse or pulse jet type dust collectors in woven and non woven medias with oil/water repellent coating. Our dust collectors are also available in anti static non-woven material with S.S./Cu mating and Carbon blended anti static material. The various material used are specially treated with PTFE Coating, PTFE Membrane, anti static treatment.

We design and manufacture a range of bag filters that come in various types from woven to non woven filter media. The different chemical properties of these bag filters include: resistance to mineral acids, mineral alkalies, oxidising acids, organic acids, resistance to solvents, PH value of the material to be filtered. Whereas the physical properties are micronic size of material to be filtered, density of material, stickiness of material, percentage of moisture, operating temperature and/or pressure, volume of material to be filtered, possibility of developing electrostatic charges, viscosity of material. We offer our bag filters in various types like centrifuge bags, FBD & FBE Bags, filter press panels.

Centrifuge Bags: The centrifuge bags designed and manufactured by us are of high quality and are the most conventionally used bags. Using centrifugal force, these bags help in separation of solid as well as liquid material of different densities. Our C.F. Bags come in two types that are lifting type bags and basket type bags.

FBD & FBE Bags:
We design and offer a complete range of FBD and FBE Bags that are made as per the OEM's drawings and functional use. Our experts carefully select proper filter fabric only after considering the material's chemical characteristics and density of the material to be handled. An extra care is taken if synthetic cloth is used to avoid the accumulation of static charges.

Filter Press Panels:
We also offer a range of filter press panels in various plate and frame sizes. These filter press panels are used when high volume of filtration is required. We have used high quality filter cloth that have sufficient burst strength and sufficient thickness.

We also offer complete range of Nutsche filter bags, leaf filter bags, star filter bags, jet mill bags, multi mill bags, pulverizes bags, blower connectors, canvas/ teflon bellows and all other shapes and sizes as per customer’s requirement.

We offer complete range of box type and flange type air filters that are made by using different type of filter medias. The usage of medias vary according to the micron rating required. Our range of filters are high performing and yield an efficiency of 99% down to 1 microns.

Construction:
The selected filter media which is stitched together with S.S.,GI, AL or HDPE mesh and crimped to form into deep folds for maximum filtration area, minimize pressure drop and maximum dust holding capacity which is directly related to life, efficiency and operating cost. Media is assembled in SS, AL, GI, MS painted casing and separated with SS/MS rods or SS/AL spacers for better holding of filter media and uniform distribution of air flow. Suitable sealing i.e. polyurethane solution from inside to prevent leak. Rubber or felt is provided on the flanges to provide air tight fittings.
Pre-filters: Generally used in any central air handling units, suitable for intake system for compress or, generators and other intake air systems.
Fine filters: In air conditioning, ventilation, intake air system of FBD machine & also as pre filtre to HEPA filters, such filters are used.
Pocket filters: For machinery intake and spray paint booths this filters are used. In all efficiency level ranging form 60% to 95%, these filters are available.
HEPA filters: We offer these high efficiency particulate air filters for very fine filtration in bio technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food processing, man fiver industry and hospitals.

Material specification: High efficiency ultra-fine glass fibre media is finely folded between aluminium separators. The separators have hemmed edges to avoid media puncture. A wide choice of frame material is available although anodized aluminium cells are standard. All sides are provided with special adhesive to get zero leakage.

We also manufacture and supply the tube filters which are been made from stainless steel 316 grade. These filters have the stainless steel woven wire mesh and provides the fine filteration. These are been used for various industrial filteration purposes and are been made on customer's request.

We offer a range of filter pads that come in varied GSM ranging from 20 GSM to 500 GSM depending upon clients requirements. The filter papers are depth filters consisting of fibers stratified at random. These fibers may be pure cellulose, synthetic polymers, glass or cellulose mixed with other materials such as polymer fibers or asbestos. The mechanism of filtration in this case is extremely complex. Separation is obtained mainly as a result of mechanical retention of the particles. Retention efficiency of the paper depends on the porosity, size of the fibers, surface conditions, thickness and compactness of paper. The cake setting on the filter paper forms a secondary filter bed whose characteristics and density considerably influence the further filtering process. Pure cellulosic pad is available in various sizes and configurations for desired applications. Our range of filters papers find their applications in the filtrations of cutting oil and coolant.

We at Par Filters design and manufacture a range of belting fabrics that include air slide fabrics and conveyor belting. Made from high quality material, our products are durable and have better performance.

Air slide fabrics
Our air slide fabrics are used for air supported horizontal transportation of bulk material or blending operation of material like cement, bauxite, coal, lime, plastic granules, fertilizes etc. These are installed in air slide slides for homogenization, cement tractors. We offer these sir slide fabrics are available in a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in cotton, polymide and polyester fabrics. To improve the quality and to make them more smooth, these fabrics are treated with coating of Silicon/Teflon. We ensure that our range of air slide fabrics have good air permeability, good breaking & wear resistance ability. Our fabrics are also good resistant to moths, termites, micro-organisms and have better resistance ability to acid, alkalies, oil, grease etc. these fabrics have no absorption of moisture under different environment conditions.

Conveyor belting fabrics
We offer our range of conveyor belting fabrics that are made from best quality cotton, nylon, polyester yarn in specific atmospheric condition to avoid elongation & micro-organism for food products companies & engineering industries. We also manufacture and offer belting fabrics with silicon coating, Teflon coating, PVC coating with food grade quality for different end use coating that gives better life, better strength, temperature resistance, smoothness to surface.

We also supply the candle filter housings which are been made of stainless steel and are been used with the various industrial filters. These housings are been made and supplied as per the client's requirement and the specifications of the filter.

We offer filter cartridges and pleated dust collection cartridges. SS pleated filter cartridges, washable net filter cartridges and pleated PP high efficiency cartridges etc.

Construction:
Pleated filter media is covered inner side and/or outer side by metal mesh or mesh made from SS/ galvanized steel sheet, flanges at both ends with lugs. Pleated filter media fixed in top and bottom caps made from SS/galavanized steel sheet. Rubber or polyurethane gasket may provide on the top and bottom side or either side of the collectors.

Filter media used in this type of cartridges are filter paper of various GSM with special treatment like antistatic, PTFE coating, water/oil repellence coating.

We also supply the Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge which are been manufactured with stainless steel of 316 grade. The features of our filter cartridges are high strength, multiple layers of diffusion-bonded wire mesh, excellent performance in a wide range of applications, including chemical processing, gases filtration and gel removal. Our supplied cartrides are easily washable and are resistant to high temperature.

We also manufacture and supply the Poly Propylene Cartridge which are been used for waster water filteration. We manufacture these cartridges with the 100% food grade plastics and are bene supplied with the specification required by the client.

We manufacture the stainless steel cartridges which are been manufactured from 316L grade stainless steel. These cartridges are been 100% tested during production for their quality. These cartridges are rust resistant and are best suitable for gas and steam filtration.
