We have a streamlined production process that is supported by a proficient staff, comprising of designers, technocrats, textile engineers, tooling and servicing staff, marketing and sales professionals and allied workers. We pick our personnel from the best in the industry having necessary skills. Our designers having a creative bent of mind come out with outstanding designs and styles. They work in close coordination with the customers in order to understand their requirements and deliver to their standards within the stipulated time frame.

The entire production procedure involves following certain steps. These include:

I. Cutting

The fabric is cut at our cutting section that on the first floor of our main building. We have installed cutting machines and end cutter of Eastman for accurate and faster cutting.

II. Stitching

We have two separate floors where the stitching of our ready-made garments takes place. Both the floors have stitching machines of Juki, Brother, Singer and other brands. We follow the chain system for stitching the garments that is closely monitored. After this stage the stitched garment is sent further for primary checking and only after the checking it is sent for washing and sandblasting, whichever is required.

III. Sand - blasting

The stitched garments are brought in to this section for sandblasting. This section is fitted with requisite machines with a complete cabinet. All types of sandblasting can be done in this section ranging from simple spray to particular motives.

IV. Washing

Our washing unit is equipped with Triple Door machine in addition to other modern machines that facilitate different washes ranging from stone wash and ice wash to over dye.

V. Finishing and Packing

After the washing procedure, the garments are trimmed and passed to the pressing section. The ironed garment is sent further for final checking, attaching trims and required folding.

For the convenience of our customers, we present the facility to obtain samples of the final garment. These ready samples and counter samples can be availed by the buyers on demand. We provide guaranteed quality of the samples and ensure delivery within 25 days of placing the order. The delivery also depends on the availability of the fabric.
