Industrial Filter

These range of filters have been designed based on the well known energy efficient Optipulse concept which uses a much lower compressed air pressure of about 2.5 Kg/cm g as compared to the conventional pulse jet filters. The compressed air is directly expanded into bags which ensures deeper and stronger pulse cleaning. This filters are fitted with 5 metre and 6 metre bags and larger flow efficient, fast acting 80 NB solenoid valves which are directly mounted on the tanks, reduce flow losses to a minimum. This design saves floor space considerably.

The integral valve tank design and low compressed air pressure means lower energy consumption and less bag wear coupled with better cleaning efficiency. The provision of downward gas inlet and dust precollector at inlet reduces relative dust load while and inbuild gas distribution system ensures even load on all bags and higher filter loads. The filters are designed to flows of 15,000 to 100,000 cu.m/hr.

High Ratio Bag Filter

PAGF is cyclone bag filter designed for collection of all kinds of dry dust, especially fibrous dust. The combination of cyclone and bag filter enables them to handle a very large dust burden, hence they are also well suited for pneumatic conveying and industrial vacuum cleaning Plants. The cylindrical design also makes them suitable for explosive dusts like flour from roller flour mills and coal handling plants. The filters are pulse cleaned and designed for flows from 1,000 to 15,000 cu.m/hr.

Low Ratio Bag Filter

We offer impeller that is manufactured using high grade raw material. These raw material is procured from reliable vendors. Impeller is a rotor inside a tube or conduit to increase the pressure and flow of a fluid. It is a rotating component of a centrifugal pump that is made of iron, steel, bronze, brass, aluminum or plastic, which transfers energy from the motor that drives the pump to the fluid being pumped by accelerating the fluid outwards from the center of rotation. The velocity achieved by the impeller transfers into pressure when the outward movement of the fluid is confined by the pump casing. Impellers are usually short cylinders with an open inlet (called an eye) to accept incoming fluid, vanes to push the fluid radially, and a splined, keyed or threaded bore to accept a driveshaft.
