Machine mounts

Our range of machine mounts is used for vibration control and sound damping. When mounted on machine it results in significant reduction of vibration level in the base or casing of heavy machines and compressors. Even at low interference frequencies, the combined strain of pressure and shearing loaded onto the fitted flat mounts guarantees durability and good vibration control.

Flat mounts

Flat mount can be easily pressurized, sheared or both depending on the assembly level and the level of vibration control required. The integral rubber contour provides outstanding durability, resulting in wide usage in machines, engines and assembly units in machine and vehicle construction.

Tapered mounts

Our range of tapered mounts is widely used in light-, medium- and heavy-weight engines for mobile and stationary machinery. The natural rubber mixture of the engine mount enables it to withstand high temperatures. These are widely used to mount agricultural, construction machinery, wind power and marine generators.

Mo bearings

Mo bearings comprise two factory-assembled sections, one made from rubber and the other from rubber and metal. A pressure disk is applied to the rubber part between the rubber and the mount during counting. The rubber-metal part can be directly screwed onto the assembly to be insulated. It is widely used to mount electric motors, pumps, compressors, coolers, internal combustion engines, motor vehicle and marine exhaust systems.

Valve body, axial seal

The elastomer or elastomer bonded component with metal (machined, punched or cast) or plastic (injection molded) body with opening and closing function in the valve. Depending on the intended application, it can be produced in almost any material combination. It is a reliable, cost-effective, and durable bonded component.

Valve body, multifunctional

It is an elastomer bonded component with metal (machined, punched or cast) or plastic (injection molded) body and elastomer matched to application. Elastomer and body are chemically or mechanically bonded to each other.

Diaphragms for gas pressure controllers

Diaphragms for gas pressure controllers, is a high-quality molded diaphragms with or without fabric reinforcement. The bonded valve seats for gas pressure controllers are suitable for both high and low pressure applications.

 Materials : primarily special NBR rubbers, EPDM and VMQ with DVGW approval

Diaphragms for pressure switches

We offer sensitive diaphragms for water level control in washing machines, dishwashers, coffee machines, heating systems, and pneumatic systems. The pressure control function up to 0.5 bar with thin, fabric free membrane as the transfer element on electrical switch contacts.

Pump and compressor Diaphragms

Pump and compressor are molded diaphragms for use in single and double action diaphragm pumps (with or without fabric reinforcement) and in diaphragm compressors.

Material : NBR, CR, EPDM and FKM, sometimes with reinforcing metal or plastic components

Pump and metering Diaphragms

It is a complicated multi-layer composite diaphragm in FPDM, VMQ, NBR, OR, and FKM with fabric reinforcement on bonded PTFE protection foil or Simriz® protective coating. Our range of molded pump and metering diaphragms are widely used in exhaust, laboratory and water technologies.

Diaphragms for shut-off valves

Available in various designs our molded diaphragms for shut-off valves, are made from NBR, CR, EPDM, VMQ and FKM, some with fabric reinforcement,bonded metal components and PTFE or Simriz® coating.

Diaphragms for magnetic valves and pressure regulating valves

These diaphragms are extensively used in servo-, positive-action- or pressure-regulated diaphragm governors with electromagnetic control. These are even used for pressure reducers in pipe systems. The advantage of this diaphragm is that is simultaneously functions as separator element and valve seal.

Materials : NBR or EPDM; also FKM and VMQ for specific applications such as  sealing liquids such as water, juice, liquid gases and aggressive media

Actuating and regulating Diaphragms

Our actuating and regulating diaphragms up to 1000 mm diameter are used for fittings in plants and pipeline construction. The material used in diaphragms depends on the pressure and medium: NBR, HNBR, EPDM, CR, VMQ or FKM, and special materials where applicable. With or without fabric reinforcement is also available.
