Quality Policy / ProcessesThe driving force at Pasupati Spinning & Weavings Mills Ltd is powered by the determination to set the highest standard of quality. We have empowered ourselves with the most modern in-house textile testing laboratory, equipped with latest testing equipments. Right from the inputs like yarn, dyestuffs and chemicals, every batch of fabric is tested for weaving and knitting standards, colour fastness under different conditions, strength, consistency, and all pre-defined parameters of our own and of course, our customers. Our threads are tested for harmful substances according to the OKEO tex certificate standard 100 and have been certified by the Textile Testing Institute, Switzerland. At Pasupati, we ensure that every kilogram of yarn supplied from our Spinning unit conforms to International standard and with zero complaint.
InfrastructureToday, with the combined installed capacity of 80,912 (or more than 80000) spindles manufacturing 15450 tonnes of yarn and threads per annum, the company has carved a niche for itself on the textile map of the country. We are equipped with all the infrastructure facilities required for an industry that includes sophisticated instruments from world-renowned manufacturers like REITER (Switzerland), SAVIO (Italy), MURATEX (JAPAN) & LAXMI MACHINE WORKS (India).
