This newly introduced state of art Vertical Car toner for cartoning bottles into the Locked Bottom Cartons is a unique packaging machine designed to cater to various Pharmaceutical Industries. It is a compact machine built with logical sequence of operation keeping in view the needs of the industries. The machine is built on solid C.I. side frames and is strengthened with M.S. cross members. Top plate is M.S. with S.S. cladding. Most of the operations are through cams and levers to achieve smooth and non fatigue working while running for long durations. Adequate protective guards and safety measures have been provided for safe and trouble free working. This VBC 80 is a user friendly machine adaptable to small and medium size bottles.

The leaflet inserter is designed to handle the pre folded leaflets only. The device consists of a Magazine to stack the folded leaflets, a Vacuum manifold with suitable shaped rubber suckers, Air Cylinders for Vertical & Horizontal movement of the Vacuum manifold, a chain with Leaflet holding clamps and device to open the clamps at pick-up and insertion stage, a PLC to enable detection and signaling the presence of product in the pocket of the product conveyor of the Cartoner and to start the sequence of pneumatic cylinder operation to complete the leaflet pick-up operation. As the product is pushed into the carton, the leaflet is automatically inserted into the carton along with the product.

This device consists of a Flapper unit and a Belt conveyor. Filled tubes ejected from Pat tube filling machines (Tail first or Cap first) are transported to the product conveyor of the Pat Cartoning machine through a flat belt conveyor. The belt conveyor is driven by the Tube filler and the flapper unit is synchronized with the pockets of the Product conveyor of the Cartoner. This design is adaptable to all the models of Pat Tube filling machines.

This standard design for transporting filled bottles from the filling machine to the product conveyor of the PAT make Continuous motion horizontal Cartoner, consist of 

 

•  A Turn Table (Optional),
•  A Bottle in feed conveyor
•  A Bottle Turret.

This device is driven by Cartoner and is synchronized with the pockets of the product conveyor of the cartoner. The bottles from the turret get toppled into the pockets in horizontal position. Depending upon the customer's requirement this device can be fitted on either side of the product conveyor to achieve either 1 Cap first (Illustration 1) or 2 Bottom first (Illustration2) insertion of the bottles into the carton.
This design is most preferable for small rugged glass and Pet bottles.
