Quality Compliance
As we are ISO TS 16949 company, quality conscious firm and thereby we make sure that the range meets with the international quality standards. At our unit, we carry out tests for raw materials on the basis of their correct chemical & physical properties. Further on, our manufacturing process is supported by ISO TS Quality systems. Inspection takes place in different stages, lot of checks & fool proofing helps to keep all dispatches far from any defects. Our all operators & Inspectors well converse with the customer quality requirements.

Our quality dept is equipped with very sensitive equipments like Vision inspection system, profile projectors, Microscope & lot of digital measuring instruments. We also have flow measuring instrument. All the tests are conducted under the close surveillance of our quality control inspectors. Our professionals check the product and the final authority lies with them for rejecting or selecting any product for final delivery. Only superior quality products are offered to the customers after PDI (Pre dispatch inspection) of each lot.

Manufacturing Facility
We are equipped with spacious factory unit having 40,000 sq ft Land. Advanced machines and state-of-the-art technology. We have maintained a full fledged two machining unit having 9000 sq. ft. Our both the facilities have  machines which are top of the line in India and abroad. Our capacity to produce30,00,000 pcs of parts monthly is an example of our efforts. At our unit, we have two department for specialized functions. They are:

A) CNC Machine shop: 10 nos 5 & 6 axis CNC sliding head machines(CITIZEN & TSUGAMI)

B) Conventional Machining  Unit.
