PMC (patel manufacturing company is an eminent manufacturing company producing quality submersible winding wire in Gujarat. We manufactures 3 layer polypropylene polyester winding wire in large range for submersible pumps with excellent electrical, mechanical, thermal & chemical properties. Manufacturing uni our manufacturing unit is equipped with an in-built quality checking facility where our experts perform stringent quality checking at every level of manufacturing process, right from the procurement of raw materials to the final dispatch of finished products. We use high quality raw materials like copper, aluminum and tapes and thoroughly check the products to detect even the minute manufacturing flaws before their delivery. We are the only manufacturer of submersible winding wire who have their own designed machinery to protrude our product in quality amongst others. Quality assuran PMC follows extremely rigorous & systematic testing procedures to ensure excellence in the quality of our wires. Product is incomplete unless it is tested to ensure that wire meets the required standard. In order to ensure quality it is extremely desirable to test & inspect the product at each stage of production. We are having standards for raw material testing with Indian & international customer's specifications and have testing equipments to test the finished product. Production is done by skilled operator under strict supervision. Each & every spool / coil is tested.
