Single Door or Double Door Machine. In this type of machine casting or forging or aluminium cylinder head, which is to be cleaned must positioned on table and repositioned to assure complete cleaning of full surface.

In this type of machines parts are suspended in fixtures and hunged on hangers and they are carried into abrasive stream and are rotated in front of blast stream, which removes sand, scale and other impurities.  The machines are suitable for Engine Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Exhaust Muffler for four wheeler, Fabricated Components, Transformer Bodies and other heavy components, which can not be tumbled or loaded easily on table type machine.

We offer LPG / CNG Gas Cylinder Cleaning Machine.  Operator load the cylinder on skew conveyor, they are automatically rotated under the blast stream.  The machine can be used for removing scale prior to metalizing or painting.  This type of machines can be with one or two shot blast wheels and can clean 4 to 6 cylinders per minute or more.

Most of the aluminium components for two wheeler like cylinder head, gear box casing, exhaust muffler, alloy wheel, cycle components deburred/cleaned are shot blasted in tumblast or swing table or door hanger type shot blasting machine.

In a Door Hanger machine jobs are hanged on door.  The parts are carried in abrasive stream and after blasting cycle completed second door with job carried to blast stream.  Unloading of cleaned parts can be done during this period.

Shot blasting is faster, better and cheaper, saves power, reduce cutting cost.  For aluminium casting deburring will take several hours which can be done in few minutes, reduces rejection.  Using proper shots gives very fine metallic finishing, which adds to esthatic value.
