Shot blasting prior to painting, galvanising, powder coating, provides faster and cheaper method.  It give permanent bond between shot blasted surface and protective coating.  Shot blasting increase life of protective coating by 10 to 20 times.  The surface become perfectly suitable for painting, galvanising, pickling, metal spraying, powder coating.  It saves maintenance cost of repainting.

• We have developed coil blasting machine for removing scale from carbon steel and stainless steel coils.
• Coils upto 1500Kgs., are loaded on mandrill of shot blasting machine and blast cleaned in 10 to 15 minutes, previously it took 2 hours to pickle.

Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine are Skew Roll Shot Blasting Machine. Skew Roll shot Blasting Machines, are designed in such a way that the material conveyor consist of raking bi-conical driving rolls (inclined v-shape rollers or diabolo), which provide at the same time the forward movement and the rotation. As cylinder pass through the chamber it get blasted from all four side. Line speed of the conveyor can be adjusted depending on production and finish require. Number of blast wheel, angel of blast wheel and Tunnel Passage opening depends on Size of the job and application. The machine comes with pulse jet bust collector.

Manual Sand Blasting & Wire Brushing Cleaning was unsatisfactory, due uneven cleaning and low production capacity.

Cylinder Cleaning Shot Blasting Machine can cleans around 6 cylinder/minute or more. In Manual Blasting it requires 8 hours time to remove color and rust from 20 cylinders. Out machines are satisfactory give production of 250 cylinders are cleaned/hour. Machine is fitted with one or two high power Wheel.

The Continuous Monorail Machine is designed for high production and complete shot blasting of job. The job is loaded on specially designed fixtures (hanger) which is attached to over head loop. The hanger moves with the help of motor, line speed of monorail can be customized according to production and finish require. The job enters the blasting chamber and the hanger starts rotating in clock wise and anti clock wise direction. The abrasive wheel are kept at left side of the chambers (no of wheel depends on production required and size of the job) which throws shot with the help of centrifugal energy. After the blasting cycle get complete, automatically doors get open and hanger comes out of the chamber from other end. And second hanger get in to the chamber, these cycle is repeated. The advantage of these machines is while one hanger gets blasted in blasting chamber; person can load and unload from other hanger.

The operation of the machine is completely automated. Once the Blasting switch is selected, shots will be fed automatically in blasting wheels.
The separation systems continuously segregate usable shots from dust, and other particles, unusable shots & debris. The usable shots are transferred in to the storage hopper for recirculation purpose. The abrasive from the storage hopper are transferred into the blast wheel unit through soundabrator valve to muffle the noise.  Dust collector system is also provided which suck dust from the blasting chamber, elevator, and separator. 

Scaffolding Cleaning Shot Blasting Machine is high productive machine used to obtain SA 2.5 Surface Finish before painting and coating for new or refurbishing. In these machine scaffoldings are placed in a specially designed tray, which is placed on to roller conveyor. The tray moves in forward direction as roller conveyor moves. (Line Speed can be adjusted depending on production required) which carry job into blasting chamber. As the tray pass through the blasting chamber it get blasted for top and bottom. )Line speed of the conveyor can be adjusted depending on production and finish require). Number of blast wheel and Tunnel Passage opening depends on Size of the job and application. The machine comes with pulse jet bust collector.

Stone and Ceramic Blasting Machine are used for making rough surface of paver blocks, glaze tiles, marbles, granites, for making antiskids and safe for walking. The Stone and Ceramic Blast Machine comprises continues rubber belt type, where the job is loaded on inlet conveyor and shot blasted tiles with antiskid effect are unloaded outlet side. More than 15 machines are in operation used by paver block, Marble tiles, Granite tiles and other ceramic and construction industry.
