The cyclone preheater is an entrained flow reactor designed to study SO₂ emission from raw meal preheating in the cyclone preheater used for cement production.

Our range of dynamic separator is incorporated with an auxiliary fan driven by a separate drive arrangement. These are also integrated with hollow shaft and the core shaft, which are attached to a common, two motor, totally enclosed spur gearing drive.

• The rotating parts are not freely floating but are held by a flexible two point support arrangement on the top in the gear casing and down on the shaft’s end, which is accomplished by a structure inside the separator
 
• A special feeding arrangement has been developed to improve the separation process by a uniform distribution of the separator feed, from the distribution plate in to the circular separating space area, which ensures material distribution around the circumference
 
• Turbo separator arranged for cooling of the finished product same separator supplied with internal construction for drying

Calciner is a type of dryer that uses to reduce the moisture content of the product. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating shell supported on rollers/ tyres and driven by girth gear or frictional drive. The rotating shell through which stream of hot air is flowing, shell is inclined towards discharge end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the higher end of the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a specially designed lifters & showered in stream of hot air, due to direct contact of product with air/ gas, it gets dried. This air stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as a co-current rotary dryer), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as a counter-current rotary dryer).

Calciner & Mixing Chamber retention time is 5sec.

Our expansion joints are accurately manufactured with specific dimensional details. These are used where flexibility is required in pipe joints as these can withstand high pressure unto 10 kg/cm2 and create vacuum area. These can compensate for pipe misalignment and prevent damage to pipe-work or ducting system.
