Our expansion joints are accurately manufactured with specific dimensional details. These are used where flexibility is required in pipe joints as these can withstand high pressure unto 10 kg/cm2 and create vacuum area. These can compensate for pipe misalignment and prevent damage to pipe-work or ducting system.

The wide range of distribution box we offer to clients are sturdy,
spacious, aesthetically designed to suit all types of MCB's. These
units are fabricated from the best quality CRCA Steel Sheets for good
strength and finish. The distribution Boards are supplied duly fitted
with Busbar, Din-Channel and Neutral link. We paint these boxes with
latest powder coating technology that ensure superior quality finish
and also provide protection against corrosive atmosphere.

We offer Mixing Chamber & Calciners to our clients. Follwing is the working of the callciner:

Calciner is a type of dryer that uses to reduce the moisture content of the product. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating shell supported on rollers/ tyres and driven by girth gear or frictional drive. The rotating shell through which stream of hot air is flowing, shell is inclined towards discharge end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the higher end of the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a specially designed lifters & showered in stream of hot air, due to direct contact of product with air/ gas, it gets dried. This air stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as a co-current rotary dryer), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as a counter-current rotary dryer).

Calciner & Mixing Chamber retention time is 5sec.
