The company was promoted by the mother organization pathak industries as an ssi unit and was incorporated in 1979 as a manufacturer and dealer of machine tools. By dint of sincere efforts and uncompromising attitude towards quality control, the company has earned a prominent position in the industrial map of India since very birth which has contributed seriously in placing itself as a market leader and renounced exporter of machine tools with extra prominence in the eastern region. Having two manufacturing units equipped with modern machinery one each at Ludhiana Punjab and Howrah west Bengal, under an able management with professional outlook, the company is poised for a rapid growth. With their vast range of machine tools covering workshops, automobile garages, sheet metal fabrication, wood and timber processing, the company's products have received wide acclamation and popularity among small to large industrial houses in the public and private sector throughout India. By virtue of their prolonged presence in the industrial market, the company has achieved a thick sales network through their own showrooms and dealers/agents which in turn has contributed to increase in sales turnover to many folds.
