Electrolytic Marking

Electrolytic marking technology like Signomat, Signomat S2, Label Printer and Marking Accessories is an economical and professional solution for direct part marking of electric conductive objects. Regardless of the size of the items, our electrolytic marking machines have a unit construction solution for all the marking needs. Our electrolytic marking is simple and quick on flat, convex, concave or round surfaces with lettering, graphics, trademarks or scales of light or dark.

Depending on the task or the material, we offer various control devices to handle these tasks. Based on our unit construction system, our marking technology can be expanded from a simple hand device to partial automatization or to high-tech full automatization. We offer following range of electrolytic marking :

Label Printer

Our range of label printer, digital label printer is used for fast production of short-life stencils for single parts and small series. These printer are available in different fonts and font heights. It is equipped with stamp tape for electrolytic marking or self-adhesive labels and can direct print onto CD's and DVD's. Interface to PC makes it also possible to print logos.

Marking Accessories

We offer marking accessories, which is used for the duplication of logo, insignia on the finished products. Apart from offering quality products, we also offer prompt and high level of after sale service of our marking accessories. Our marking accessories in mostly used on the products to increase brand awareness and the insignia on the products looks highly professional.

Signomat S2

Our Signomat S2, Signomat S2 electrolytic marking are used for marking of metal items of different shapes and sizes with letters and numbers, graphics, trade marks, scales, data or logos. This is used in wide range of applications for trade and industry. Signomat S2 is suitable for the smallest series. It can be expandable to full automation due to its construction system and are versatile, sturdy and durable. All devices are certified concerning DIN GS for approved safety and are labeled with the "GS-symbol". End of marking time is indicated by an optical and acoustic signal.
