Industrial Ovens
Our efficient Industrial Ovens are manufactured from reinforced heavy-gauge cold rolled steel. Built-in over-temperature protection of our industrial ovens ensures consistent performance. Equipped with advanced accessories, our industrial ovens have multiple applications, including general drying, baking, preheating, annealing and conditioning of FRP tube.
We use noncombustible material to manufacture industrial ovens for baking. Our baking ovens have smooth interior surfaces that permit easy cleansing of ovens. These ovens have proper ventilation which ensures sufficient supply of fresh air, proper exhaust to outdoors, and properly distributed air circulation sufficient to ensure that the flammable vapour concentration throughout the oven is safely below the lower flammable limit at all times.
We offer durable industrial ovens with suitable conveyors. Equipped with appropriate heating elements, temperature controllers and air circulation systems, our conveyorised ovens are used for various industrial applications. These ovens are specifically designed to transport a web of material through a heat chamber for drying or curing the material or coating on the material.
Our efficient electric furnaces for heat treatment are equipped with sophisticated controls, blowers, and the circuit breakers for the heating elements. The compact size and simple design of an electric furnace enables it to be installed virtually anywhere. Installation of electric furnaces for heat treatment is economical as these do not require additional fuel pipes or expensive fuel storage tanks or venting.
We manufacture electric furnaces for preheating mold by using premium grade of raw material. These electric furnaces are equipped with heat resistant rods that generate heat directly in the air stream. Our furnaces are safe to use as they are properly sealed and eliminates the potential for leaks of hazardous fumes. We offer these furnaces in different designs and sizes as specified by our clients.
