Lifting Bag Type Centrifuge is the most efficient and the latest addition for easy and fast loading and unloading.

Portable & Detachable Basket Type Centrifuge:

The trolley mounted Centrifuge with castor wheels to move the machine easily for taking the small batches for trial or production. The detachable basket type machines are most suited to take large production batches with one or more spare baskets. These Centrifuges are provided with Vibration Rubber pad to minimise the vibration. Both these machines are available in 20" and 24" basket diameters.

Special Features at an Extra Cost:

• Fume tight top.
• Reverse current breaking.
• Variable speed drive.

The following variable speed drives can be provided :

• Electronic control with converter of inverter system.
• Hydraulic Drive - fluid coupling.
• The variable speed systems are used for different speeds for initial centrifugeing, washing and final drying of products at suitable speed.

Main Base:

The triangular shaped M.S. fabricated base, painted with anti-corrosion paint.

Drive:

The drive unit consits of Motor Clutch Pulleys and Multiple "V" Belts.

Clutch Pulleys:

To reduce the initial heavy load on the Motor and to slow acceleration, the clutch Pulley is provided to increase the efficiency. Power consumption can be reduced by using fluid coupling supplied at additional cost.

Basket:

The rotating Statically and Dynamically balanced basket is made of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, plain or lined with RUBBER & FRP to suit your requirement.

Suspension of Basket:

The Cast Iron columns in which Pendulum bolts are suspended and are supported in HEAT TREATED Steel Bushings. There is a spring in between each bolt.
